This page is for common questions and answers from guests.

Q1: ジャズを知らないのですが、入れますか？
A1: もちろんOKです。当店はジャズ初心者のお客様の入店を心から歓迎します。

Q1: I don’t know jazz music. Can I enter Panja?
A1: Of course! We really welcome you as our guest! 　

Q2: 会話を楽しむことができますか？歌ったりできますか？
A2: 会話は原則OKですが、音楽鑑賞目的の他のお客様がいる場合には会話のボリュームを落とすようお願いすることがあります。歌うのは不可です。　

Q2: Can I enjoiy converstion with my friends? Can I sing?
A2: Basically, conversation is OK, but if there are other guests to listen the music, we would ask you to reduce turn down the volume.　

Q3: 事前に予約することはできますか？PARTYを開くことができますか？
A3: 事前予約可能です。03-6362-3338までお電話ください。
　 パーティーですが、貸し切りという形で開催可能です。基本的に飲み物と簡単なおつまみしか準備できません。お食事メニューをケータリングは事前に相談いただければ検討いたします。

Q3: Can I reserve seats? Can I have a party there?
A3: We can take your reservation. Please call to 81-3-6362-3338. Regarding a party, It can be held as closed-door party. Panja is just a small cafe-bar and food menu are quite limited. Before reservation please let us know number of person and other informations. 　

Q4: 子供と一緒に入店できますか？足元が不自由ですが入店できますか？
A4: お子様連れでの入店は可能です。年齢制限も特に設けませんが、弊店が『音楽の鑑賞を目的とする場所である』ことを理解できていることが前提になります。
　足が不自由なかたの入店ですが、外階段からのアクセスの他に、エレベーターをつかっても入店できます。 杖をご使用のかた、車いすをご使用のかたは入店時にサポートいたしますのでご連絡ください。

Q4: Can I enter with my children? And how about physically handicapped persons?
A4: You can take children. We have no age limit, but at lease they clearly understand it’s a please for listening the music. Regarding handicapped persons, you can use a elevator. if you use a cane or heelchair, we will help you to enter. 　　

Q5: アルコールを飲めませんが夜のバータイムに入れますか？
A5: バータイムも昼と同じメニューを提供できます。ただしお酒を召し上がらない場合でもバーチャージは頂戴いたしますのでご了承ください。

Q5: I cannot drink and can I enter in bar-time?
A5: Yes, of course. We can serve cafe menu at bar-time. But please understand we ask you bar-charge (JPY500) even though you do not drink alcohol.

Q6: 希望する曲をリクエストすることはできますか？自分のレコードをかけてもらえませんか？
A6: リクエストは可能ですがレコードの持ち込みはお断りしています。あなたの大切なレコードに何かあってはいけませんので。

Q6: You get request? 　Can you play my vinyl record？
A6: Yes, we can get request if your request is available in our collection, however, we cannot play your records on our hi-fi system.

Q7: 日本語がうまく話せません。注文することができますか？
A7: 大丈夫です。当店英語OKですし、最近は翻訳アプリも優秀なのがありますから安心しておこしください。

Q7: I’m not good at Japanese language. Can I order what I want?
A7: It’s OK, no problem. You can use Engligh at Panja and now translation app is very clever. Please do not worry about language.

Q8: アクセスに不安があります。特に遅い時間のアクセスはどんな感じですか？
A8: 昼間でしたら当店ホームページ中に写真入りの詳細なアクセスがありますので迷うことはないと思います。駅からの暗い道が不安ということでしたら成城学園前駅からバスをご利用されるのが良いでしょう。

Q8: I worry about access to Panja. Especially, how about the access condition at late time?
A8: If it’s daytime, detail of access from the stations(Soshigaya-Okura and Seijo Gakuenmae) in our homepage(English version is under preparation). If you avoid night time walking, it’s better to use bus from Seijo Gakuenmae Station.

Q9: 駐車場はありますか？車で来た時の駐車場を探すのが不安です。
A9: 当店に駐車場はありませんが、付近にコインパーキングがいくつかございます。時々チェックしていますが全て満車ということはまずありません。ただしお車でのご来店と駐車場の確保はお客様の自己責任でお願いします。

Q9: Do you have parking space?
A9: We do not have parking space , however, there are some toll car parks around here. Ordinarily,they are not fully occupied. Please note we are not responsible about availability of the parking .　

Q10: 写真撮影やビデオ録画をしてもよいですか？
A10: 写真も動画撮影も両方ともOKです。他のお客様が写りこむことの無いよう注意してください。

Q10: Taking photos or video is OK?
A10: Yes, both are OK. Please carefully avoid to take other guests in your photos.

Q11: WI-FIや充電を使えますか？パソコンを使って仕事／勉強してもいいですか？
A11: WI-FIと充電、両方とも不可です。ただし充電の場合、残量があと５％しかない、というような危機的状態の場合は申し出て下さい。PCを使っての作業はやはり打鍵音が気になりますのでご遠慮ください。

Q11: Do you have a survice of Wi-Fi or battery charge? Can I work there with my PC?
A11: WI-FI and battery charge, both are not available here. But in case of batterr charge, if your cell-phone is at critical condition(only 5% etc.), please tell us. Regarding PC we want you not to use PC because of typing noise.　

Q12: バータイムの注文の仕方がわかりません。ウィスキーだけでなくカクテルを注文してみたいです。
A12: カクテルですね。まずは、あなたのお好きな味の傾向やお酒の種類、反対に嫌いな味の傾向やお酒の種類、お酒に強いか弱いか等店主に伝えてください。あなた向きの一品を作らせていただきます。

Q12: I do not know how to order my favorite cocktail.
A12: Good question! Please let me know your taste and tendency(sweet, bitter, spicy etc.). I’ll serve the best one for you.

Q13: ライブはやっていますか？
A13: 残念ながらライブはやっておりません。機が熟したらマンションの管理組合の承諾を得るべくアクションできればと思います。

Q13: Do you have a live session?
A13: Unfortunately, no. In a near future, we will try to have a small session here.

Q14: お酒や食べ物を持ち込みすることはできますか？
A14: これはさすがに無理です。何か起きた場合に当店のお出ししたものが原因かどうかが明確にならないため、お持ち込みはお断りしております。

Q14:Can I bring drinks and foods into Panja?
A14: Absolutely not. If something happen, we never take any responsibility.

Q15: タバコは吸えますか？
A15:店内に一人用の喫煙ブースを設置しています。換気扇スイッチの調子が悪いのでご利用前にお声がけください。

Q15: Can I smoke?
A15: Yes. We have a smoking booth. It’s only for one person and ventilator switch is out of order. Before using, please ask us.

Q16: マスターにいろいろ質問をしてもいいですか？
A16: 私でよければどうぞ。お答えできる限りお話させていただきます。
